Allen Group Unveils MidState 99 Expansion

VISALIA, CA-The San Diego-based developer plans two additional industrial buildings totaling 280,000 sf at its MidState 99 Distribution Center.

VISALIA, CA-The San Diego-based Allen Group plans two additional industrial buildings totaling 280,000 sf that will be offered for lease at its MidState 99 Distribution Center here. The company, which specializes in logistics parks and industrial developments, plans one 139,590-sf structure called the MidState Hayes Building 5 and another building of 140,700 sf called MidState Hayes Building 6.
