Bill Grillo and Laurie McMahon of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers will oversee property management for the building for Brophy Properties Inc. and Judiciary Plaza Ltd. Partnership. Cassidy & Pinkard will be starting its management of the building on October 1st, when CB Richard Ellis hands over the reins, Grillo tells GlobeSt.com.
Originally the building was a Trammel Crow account, he adds. The Justice Department will be moving in mid October under a staggered schedule. By next spring, the building will be entirely occupied.
At close to half a million sf, this is one of Cassidy & Pinkard's largest buildings under management, Grillo says. "This is a full scope management contract," he says. "We will be doing everything from helping commission the building since it has been under renovation for the last few years to assisting with the LEED certification."
