SECAUCUS, NJ-A.F.L. Web Printing, a commercial printer based in Voorhees, has leased the entire 146,000-sf industrial building at 60-70 Seaview Dr. here for an additional location. The class A building is owned by the Des Moines-based Principal Real Estate Investors.

The new tenant was represented by David Knee and Chris Hile of Lee & Klatskin Associates, Teterboro, and the owner was represented by Stephen Elman and Stan Danzig of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, East Rutherford. Terms of the transaction were not released.

“A.F.L. has recently added several Manhattan-based accounts,” Knee says. “They were looking to establish a new printing facility with proximity to the city.”

“This property has excellent New Jersey Turnpike access,” Elman says. “And structurally, it has the high ceilings and the loading areas that were suited to the company's requirements.”

A.F.L. provides design and digital services, as well as printing, labeling, mailing, binding, circulation development, distribution and other services. According to Elman, the company is making a major capital investment in the building and expects to complete its move-in by the end of the year.
