ALPHARETTA, GA-Two anchor tenants have signed leases for a total of 246,000 sf for buildings within the Sanctuary Park. The office park is in the North Fulton submarket.

Electronic payment processing services provider RBSLynk signed a 135,000-sf lease and will anchor Oak View III, a four-story, 200,000-sf new office building. The company will move into the building in fall 2008. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Ridr Knowlton represented Sanctuary Park ownership. The park is owned by the Strategic Property Fund, an investment fund managed by JP Morgan. Jones Lang LaSalle handles leasing, management and development services for Sanctuary Park.
