The project, along the fairways of the Doral Blue Monster, is being developed by Blueview Golf Villas, LLC, a partnership between the New York City-based Kaufman Organization and locally based Blue Doral Baklot LLC. It includes 15 Florida-style manor houses along the 12th and 13th fairways with each containing 16 furnished units. Amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center and pool area with private cabanas.
First phase prices for the residences range from the $500,000s to $1.5 million. Exclusive sales and marketing for the project is being handled by Global Marketing Group.
Preferred Hotels & Resorts operates more than 175 properties around the world, including Atlantis is Paradise Island, Bahamas; the Lodge at Pebbles Beach in California, the Mandarin Oriental in Washington, DC, the Peninsula in Chicago and the Peabody Orlando. Distinctive Lifestyle is the management and development division of property management group the Continental Group, Inc. of South Florida. It is led by Mahmoud Soliman, a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry.
