Preferred To Operate 240-Unit Blue at Doral

MIAMI-Preferred Hotels & Resorts will operate and Distinctive Lifestyle will manage the Blue at Doral 240-unit hotel condo project under construction along fairways of Doral Blue Monster.

MIAMI-The 240-unit Blue at Doral hotel condominium project will be operated by Chicago-based Preferred Hotels & Resorts and managed by Distinctive Lifestyle.

The project, along the fairways of the Doral Blue Monster, is being developed by Blueview Golf Villas, LLC, a partnership between the New York City-based Kaufman Organization and locally based Blue Doral Baklot LLC. It includes 15 Florida-style manor houses along the 12th and 13th fairways with each containing 16 furnished units. Amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center and pool area with private cabanas.
