RARITAN, NJ-The last 8,000-sf slot at the 157,000-sf Somerville Circle Center is off the market, because Five Below has taken it, according to Matt Harding, president and COO of Levin Management. Five Below, a 60-store, Philadelphia-based specialty retailer focused on teens, joins Staples, Petco, PC Richard & Son, Panera Bread and Toys 'R' Us, among others, at the shopping center.”The store will be situated to draw from the more than 50,000 people that pass the center every day, as well as from the center's broad market area,” Harding says. Somerville Circle Center was represented in-house by Ethan Goldsmith of Levin Management; Five Below was represented by Tom Rettaliata of the Jericho, NY office of Ripco. Terms were not released.

Among other things, Five Below sells such products as school supplies, sporting goods, games and accessories, all priced between $1 and $5. Its new location is situated at the intersection of Rtes. 202, 206 and 28 near I-287 in Somerset County.
