Formerly known as First Interstate North, the property was completed in 1974 and renovated in 1989. It is approximately 90% leased, according to Triple Net. Amenities include structured and surface parking, a pedestrian plaza, a two-story lobby and proximity to light rail.

Toma West owns other Downtown buildings, including the United Western Bank building at 17th and California streets, where the company keeps an office.

Neither Triple Net Properties nor Toma West could be reached Monday for additional comment. CB Richard Ellis had the disposition assignment. The lead broker on the assignment could not be reached Monday for comment.
