ROCKVILLE, MD-Perseus Realty has tapped Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers to provide pre-delivery operational support and property management services for two office buildings that are scheduled to break ground here in November . Bill Grillo and Laurie McMahon of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers will oversee property management for the buildings.

Called Redland Corporate Center II and III, the buildings will be located at 530 Gaither Rd and 520 Gaither Rd, respectively. Redland Corporate Center II will have nine stories totaling 215,000 sf. Redland Corporate Center III will be a six-story, 138,000-sf building. The project will also have a combination of 1,190 covered and surface parking spaces. The buildings, which are being constructed to LEED standards, will feature glass curtain walls and precast facades.

According to an earlier interview with GlobeSt.com, the $109-million project is being developed on spec. However the firm is committed to growth in Montgomery County, and in particular, likes the fundamentals of the Shady Grove submarket, according to John Wood Bolton, EVP and principal of Perseus Realty.
