DBN Development Starts Medical Center

LAGUNA HILLS, CA-The commercial developer breaks ground on the first phase of its Parkside Medical Center.

LAGUNA HILLS, CA-DBN Development LLC has started construction on the 78,000-sf first phase of its Parkside Medical Center, a multiple-phase medical office complex in San Jacinto. The project is being developed as medical condominiums, the first of its kind in San Jacinto.

Steve Delson, president of DBN, says that in addition to providing medical facilities that are tailored to the healthcare professionals who will occupy them, the project will also provide locally based medical services to the area’s population. “Residents will no longer have to travel to neighboring communities for their healthcare needs,” Delson comments.
