Besides his duties at Advance, Padavano has been involved with a number of industry associations. He most recently served as chairman and chief elected officer of the 19,000-member BOMA International and as a member of the National Advisory Council for BOMA Canada. His involvement in BOMA also includes chairmanship of the Regional Owners' Council, and as a member of its Executive Committee.
