Advance Realty Taps Padavano as COO

BEDMINSTER, NJ-Kurt R. Padavano has been promoted to COO of Advance Realty Group, based here. Prior to being elevated, he had been COO of the office and mixed-use developer’s management division, where he oversaw an asset portfolio of more than five million sf. He also directed business operations in the areas of HR, information tech, insurance and risk management, corporate marketing and acquisitions due diligence processes.

Now, he will oversee all company operations. “Kurt is one of the most experienced and respected executives in the real estate industry,” says Advance president/CEO Peter Cocoziello. “His extensive background makes him the perfect executive to lead our operations.
