NEW YORK CITY-Micro Office Solutions signs a deal to expand to 36,392 sf at 1375 Broadway. The company, which provides affordable full-service office space to businesses, already occupied 20,000 sf of space on the third floor and inked a deal for the additional 16,392 sf on the 11th floor.

Marty Meyer, senior executive managing director and Perry Mesmer, senior managing director, both of locally-based GVA Williams, represented the landlord, Statecourt Enterprises Inc., and the tenant in the transaction. Built in 1927, the building has a total of 428,371 sf.

Asking rents are approximately $52 per sf. Others on the tenant roster include Omnicom Group, Anchin, Block & Anchin, Meryl Diamond Ltd., Apparel Assoc., New York GT Asset Management and Land N' Sea.

“Micro Office Solutions has become an incubator for several businesses that needed space and have since gone onto larger spaces of their own,” Mesmer notes. “The firm has attracted several media, new technology and graphic design firms requiring a unique space in Manhattan. The 1375 Broadway location was ideal in helping them draw and maintain their core businesses.”

Micro Office Solutions began its business at 36 W. 20th St. and still maintains that location. The firm provides affordable full-service office space to businesses looking to house a small number of employees, individuals and professionals seeking a productive office environment, firms needing temporary office space, and individuals or businesses needing affordable part-time office space.
