RUTHERFORD, NJ-Onyx Equities is offering a total availability of 78,000 sf at its Meadows Office Complex, a two-building, 12-story, 577,000-sf property at the interchange of routes 17 and 3 here. The availability consists of 52,000 sf on the top two floors of 201 Route 17 North and another 26,000 sf on the top floor of 301 Route 17 North.
And the Woodbridge-based Onyx has hired Newmark Knight Frank to find tenants for the space. Executive managing director Tim Greiner and managing director Frank Recine are heading the assignment. Both are based in NKF's local office, which is located in the complex.
“We're looking forward to a high level of interest from prospective tenants,” Greiner says. The space, which is divisible to 1,500 sf, is listed with an asking price of $27 to $32 per sf. For larger potential tenants, the availability offers visible facade signage and branding opportunities, according to Greiner. The property has also recently undergone a capital improvement program and building amenities enhancement.
