Fuji Food Inks 91,000-SF Lease

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA-The sushi distributor signs a 10-year, $10.3 million deal for a warehouse and office building.

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA-Fuji Food Inc., a distributor of fresh and ready-to-eat sushi, has signed a 10-year, $10.3 million lease for a 91,189-sf warehouse and office building at 14420 Bloomfield Ave. The building was designed as a food processing facility with extensive interior improvements that were ideally situated for Fuji’s food processing operations, according to Mike Hefner of the Anaheim Metro office of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
