Capital Markets Going Under Microscope

DALLAS-To meet market demands, experts will probe, analyze and discuss current financial conditions and other issues for all CRE sectors at the Nov. 13 conference.

DALLAS-With the industry buzzing about the capital markets’ shakeup, it’s practically impossible for dealmakers to have too much information. As a result, the Nov. 13 RealShare Dallas intends to shed as much light as possible on the issue to meet market demands.

Keynote speaker will be Jody Thornton, executive managing director in Dallas for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP and an industry icon with a well-respected daily pulse and sixth sense for the capital markets scene. The sixth annual RealShare Dallas will kick off at 7 a.m. in the Inter-Continental Hotel Dallas at 15201 Dallas Pkwy. in North Dallas with introductory comments from Carl Ewert, Dallas-based Staubach Co.’s executive vice president and current president of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. The conference concludes at 1:45 p.m.
