LITTLE FALLS, NJ-Sentrx, a pharmaceutical industry company, has signed a lease for 17,000 sf at Theta Holding Co.'s Overlook at Great Notch here. For the tenant, which provides technology-enabled services relating to drug safety, the deal marks a renewal and centralization of its headquarters space.

“My client's business model has evolved to require co-location,” says Cushman & Wakefield broker Curtis Foster. “The long-term commitment to one central location will enable maximum efficiency.”

Sentrx initially took 9,400 sf on the first two floors of the 425,000-sf building in 2000, and later took 7,600 sf on the sixth floor. As part of the renewal, the company is relocating to one contiguous space on the second floor.
