Studley Builds Out Green Bona Fides

WASHINGTON, DC-The real estate services firm is bringing on board Olivia Millar, a LEED accredited professional, as associate director in its office here.

WASHINGTON, DC-Studley is building out its green building expertise with the addition of Olivia Millar, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional. She is joining the Washington office as associate director.

Over the past year, Studley has led the negotiations for several major LEED buildouts, including Conservation International and the Alliance to Save Energy. It hopes to expand its base in this field. Eventually, Millar tells GlobeSt.com, she hopes to work on nothing but green accounts. Right now, though, “I don’t think there is enough business here to concentrate only on green.”
