James Buslik and Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. represented both the landlord, Forty Four Eighteen Associates, and tenants in the transaction. Buslik tells GlobeSt.com that the total aggregate value of the transaction is $7.7 million. Asking rents were $40 per sf.

The source tells GlobeSt.com that the aggregate rental for the seventh floor is $2.4 million and the 10th floor is $5.3 million. The 12-story, 179,186-sf property is located in the Flatiron District and boasts Pucci II Inc., Acheson Doyle, Architects, Pace Editions and National Reprographics Inc.

"The Flatiron District is home to many creative design firms, so it is the perfect spot for the Jonas companies," Buslik notes. "The space has served these tenants well, and we were thrilled to broker this deal to keep them in the space."
