Empire Today Inks 76,500-SF Industrial Lease

TAMPA, FL-The home flooring and installation company will relocate from an existing, smaller space into Sabal Park.

TAMPA, FL-Illinois-based home flooring and installation company Empire Today LLC has signed a 76,500-sf industrial lease for space within Sabal Park.

The company, which is locating from a smaller, existing facility, will use the space to serve its growing network of carpet installers throughout the Tampa area. Empire Today was represented in the transaction by Robin Stolberg, formerly of Equis and now with the Staubach Co.
