Inverness subsidiary, Quality Assured Services Inc., moved into 57,300 sf at 70 Keller Rd. on Nov. 1. Inverness will also occupy 29,918 sf at 30 Keller Rd. Countrywide Home Loans currently occupies the space that Inverness will be moving into in February.
Todd Davis, vice president of transaction services in the Orlando area for Atlanta-based Carter, represented the landlord, Triple Net Properties. Clark Brandt, of Bishop Realty & Development, represented the tenant.
Quality Assured Services specializes in the distribution of medical testing products for home and office and offers services including medical insurance adjudication, training, specialized disease management programs and customer support. The company is moving from a smaller facility on Orange Blossom Trail to accommodate growth.
Davis tells GlobeSt.com the lease reflects an expansion and image upgrade for the company. The company's existing facilities were located in a more industrial area of Orlando. "Because of the nature of their business, they were looking for a single-story property," Davis says. "They also needed some warehouse space where they can install a cooler to store medical equipment."
Built in 2000, the Reserve at Maitland is 100% leased. In addition to Inverness, tenants include Earth Tech, a subsidiary of the TYCO Corp., and Bright House Networks.
