All five of the assignments are with Boston-based TA Associates Realty. The 4400 MacArthur building formerly was managed by CB Richard Ellis, the Sandpointe buildings by Transwestern, Carlota by Jones Lang LaSalle and Jamboree Business Center by Opus West.

Bob Thiergartner, chief operating officer of Davis Partners, notes that the firm has an extensive history with TA Associates, having managed more than 125 of the Boston-based company's properties over the past 20 years.

The class A 4400 MacArthur Blvd. building totals 152,316 sf, the 200 and 201 E. Sandpointe buildings total 304,343 sf in two eight-story glass buildings and Carlota Plaza is a six-story, class A 113,488-sf building at 23046 Avenida De La Carlota.

The Jamboree Business Center totals 155,484 sf of class A space in a three-story building at 5 Peters Canyon Rd. The building is 100% leased to an insurance agency. The 4400 MacArthur building is 100% leased, Carlota Plaza 97% leased and Jamboree Center 100% leased.

Davis Partners has acquired, developed and managed institutional-quality industrial buildings, multi-tenant business parks and office properties throughout Southern California since 1976. The company's 18.5-million-sf management portfolio comprises 120 properties valued at approximately $2 billion.
