Davis Partners Wins Contracts for 750,000 SF

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Davis Partners has won five new office property management assignments totaling 750,000 sf, boosting the locally based firm’s portfolio under management to 18.5 million sf of office and industrial properties in Southern California. The five new buildings that the company will manage are 4400 MacArthur Blvd. in Newport Beach, 200 and 201 E. Sandpointe in Santa Ana, Carlota Plaza in Laguna Hills and Jamboree Business Center in Irvine.

All five of the assignments are with Boston-based TA Associates Realty. The 4400 MacArthur building formerly was managed by CB Richard Ellis, the Sandpointe buildings by Transwestern, Carlota by Jones Lang LaSalle and Jamboree Business Center by Opus West.

Bob Thiergartner, chief operating officer of Davis Partners, notes that the firm has an extensive history with TA Associates, having managed more than 125 of the Boston-based company’s properties over the past 20 years.
