GVA Williams New Jersey represented both Sudler and the sellers, Robert K. Brown and Joe Gioia. GVA's president David Simson and AVP Leslie Meril, brokered the deal.

In addition to relocating its company headquarters, Sudler plans to lease back the second floor of the building to the law firm of Epstein, Brown & Gioia LLC. The property is adjacent to the Madison Golf Club and has easy access to local amenities, including banking, restaurants, services and shopping.
