Integra Merges With Hemingway & Gunter

MIAMI-Appraisal company Hemingway & Gunter Commercial Group joins forces with Integra Realty Resources-Miami.

[IMGCAP(1)]MIAMI-Appraisal company Hemingway & Gunter Commercial Group LLC has merged with valuation and consulting firm Integra Realty Resources-Miami. With the merger the principals of Hemingway & Gunter Commercial Group, William Hemingway and Greg Gunter, will join Integra as co-managing directors. Michael Cannon was named executive director and Mark Cannon will continue as director for the Residential Division.

Hemingway tells GlobeSt.com that the merger will allow him to expand his appraisal business, while also allowing Michael Cannon to better focus on his business, which is providing specialty and legal consulting services. “It turned out to be a great fit for both of us,” Hemingway says.

[IMGCAP(2)]With the merger, Integra Realty Resources-Miami has about 24 employees and will focus on all property types within South Florida. “Bill and Greg will expand Integra-Miami’s general valuation and consulting practice,” says Michael Cannon. “They are a perfect complement to my specialty practice.”
