Brian Sekel, managing director of office and industrial properties with Purchase, NY-based National Realty & Development Corp., was in-house leasing representative for the deal. "Tishman Technologies has been a highly valued tenant at Baker Waterfront Plaza," Sekel says in a company statement. "We are extremely pleased that Tishman has decided to significantly expand their presence at the Plaza, and we look forward to continuing a long and productive relationship with them."
The Plaza is located across from the New Jersey Transit Hoboken Terminal, which provides train, bus, light rail, ferry and PATH services to New York City and New Jersey. The Holland Tunnel is a half-mile south of the property, and access to the New Jersey Turnpike, and Routes 1 and 9 is one mile away.
