Hogan & Hartson Prelease 33,000 SF

TYSONS CORNER, VA-Hogan & Hartson LLP has inked a lease with Washington, DC-based B.F. Saul Co. to occupy 33,000 sf in an office building the firm is developing here. Located at 7930 Jones Branch Dr., it is one of the very few properties to break ground on a spec basis over the last several years, as GlobeSt.com has reported. The building, called Park Place II, will be an 11-story, 323,000-sf, class A facility that is expected to qualify for LEED Gold certification.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Moe Hamilton and Brian McVay represented B.F Saul. Hogan & Hartson was represented by Richard Rome, Paul Schweitzer and Nicole Miller of Studley. The building is expected to deliver in Q3 2008 with Hogan & Hartson taking occupancy in early 2009.
