The acquisition includes the 2.98 acres on which the building sits. The property address is 455 De Guigne Dr.

"The property's over-market rent provides attractive yields," says Westcore's Northern California acquisitions director. "The high quality and good location also make this acquisition appealing."

Acquisition financing was provided by Wells Fargo. San Diego-based Westcore acquired the property under the LLC Westcore TRT De Guigne. The seller is listed as De Guigne Ventures LLC. Dan Hollingsworth of CPS/Corfac International brokered both sides of the transaction.
