Arlington Office Lands 75,814-SF Lease

ARLINGTON, VA-The lease terms are within the market range for this submarket, which now run between $36 and $39 per sf.

ARLINGTON, VA-System Planning Corp., a government contractor, is expanding its lease in an office here, to 75,814 sf in total. The firm already occupies 54,586 sf at 3601 Wilson Blvd. When one of the three tenants moved out, it decided to add 21,228 sf to its lease.

James Hunter of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented System Planning in the transaction. Malcolm Schweiker of CB Richard Ellis represented Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America–the owner of the 116,000-sf, six-story seven-year-old building.
