The office, which is located just west of Interstate 95 on PGA Boulevard, will serve office, industrial, retail and valuation business lines. Leading the office will be managing director Rick Miller, senior managing director Theodore Carter and office operations manager Lori Wallis. The office will open Dec. 10.

Miller tells GlobeSt.com that the two main objectives of the new office are to expand existing client relationships in Northern Palm Beach County and introduce the CBRE platform and lines of businesses to future clients. "We have aggressive plans to expand in Northern Palm Beach County," Miller says, adding that the company will target the West Palm Beach CBD and areas north of there.

Brokers moving from the central Palm Beach County office in Boca Raton to the new Palm Beach Gardens office include senior vice president Robert Smith, vice president Kerry Jackson, associate Warren Sears and associate Jim Kazaros. Miller adds that he anticipates the size of the office will grow. "Our intent is to grow the office over the next 18 to 24 months," he says.
