Adam Allman, of Regent Partners, tells GlobeSt.com that the total square footage the company will occupy has not been finalized, but it will be in the 20,000-sf to 26,000-sf range. The company will occupy the space in summer 2008. "The primary reason they selected this location was access," Allman says. "As brokerage firm, Staubach realizes the importance of access."

Allman and Jeff Frantz, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the landlord. Frank Lyles and Keene Reese, of Staubach, brokered the lease for their company.

3344 Peachtree is a class A, 50-story mixed-use tower being developed by locally based Regent Partners LLC. It includes 500,000 sf of class A office and retail space and an 82-unit condominium project that begins on the 28th floor called Sovereign. The project is located on Peachtree Road in the center of the new Peachtree Boulevard.

Staubach is consistent with the types of tenants that have been attracted to the building, many of which hail from the "FIRE" sector (finance, insurance and real estate.) "These are image-conscious firms that conduct business in Buckhead," Allman says.

The first tenants are expected to move into the building in May. The project is almost 50% preleased with tenants including Jones Lang LaSalle, Littler Mendelson PC, Fifth Third Bank, the Buckhead Club and Regent Partners. The project will also contain a restaurant by the Buckhead Life Group and a casual dining restaurant by Fresh 2 Order.
