The program, a presentation of Real Estate Media, drew hundreds of attendees last year and a big crowd is expected for this year's event. Gregg Christensen, associate publisher of Real Estate Forum, a Real Estate Media publication, will provide welcoming remarks to be followed by James Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors LLC of White Plains who will give the keynote address on "Finding Clarity in the Capital Markets."

A Town Hall Meeting will follow moderated by John Goodkind, managing principal of Newmark Knight Frank, which will delve into "The State of the Westchester County Market." Panelists for that program include: Frank Kenny, CEO of the Willett Cos. LLC; Greg Rand, managing partner of Prudential Rand Realty; and Joseph Simone, president, Simone Development Co. LLC.Following the Town Hall Meeting, attendees will have the option of two sessions, one on the leasing and investment climate, and the other on the debt and equity side of the business. Cory Gubner, president and CEO of GVA Williams Connecticut, will moderate "The Prospects for Leasing, Investment & Development in the Westchester Office Market." Panelists for that session will include: Bruce Berg, EVP, Cappelli Enterprises Inc.; Brian Carcaterra, director, Newmark Knight Frank; Joe Caruso, SVP, RexCorp Realty; and Jeff Warner, VP-leasing, Mack-Cali Realty Corp.
