Insiders Focus on Westchester Outlook

WHITE PLAINS-The Third Annual RealShare Westchester County conference to be held on Wednesday, Dec. 5 at the Crowne Plaza White Plains Hotel here will provide insightful analysis of some of the pressing issues facing the commercial markets in Westchester today. It will include an in-depth look at the turbulent credit markets, the outlook for leasing and investment sales as well as a discussion on the multibillion-dollar redevelopment of the City of Yonkers.

The program, a presentation of Real Estate Media, drew hundreds of attendees last year and a big crowd is expected for this year’s event. “RealShare Westchester County will once again bring together the leading owners, investors, developers, brokerage professionals and lenders in the market for a morning event with robust content and high-level networking,” notes Richard Kelley, executive director of the RealShare Conference Series. “Ever since the credit crunch hit late summer we have seen a hunger for good information and a palpable need for networking from the industry, and with Jim Houlihan as our keynote speaker and a terrific lineup of speakers and panels, RealShare Westchester County will offer plenty of insight and information to go along with outstanding networking.”

Gregg Christensen, associate publisher of Real Estate Forum, a Real Estate Media publication, will provide welcoming remarks to be followed by James Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors LLC of White Plains who will give the keynote address on “Finding Clarity in the Capital Markets.”
