The building previously served as headquarters for LifePath, a nonprofit that serves special needs children and adults and also has offices in Sellersville and Media. It occupied this building under a long-term lease, but recently relocated to a new 34,000-sf headquarters at 3500 High Point Blvd. in the Lehigh Valley Corporate Center.

Jennifer Gold of Allentown-based Summit Management and Realty Co. represented the seller in the transaction. She tells GlobeSt.com the seller is a locally based entity identified as Prime at City Line Road. MaryFrances McGarrity of Jackson Cross Partners, which is headquartered in Philadelphia and King of Prussia, represented the buyer. The building was built in 1972, Gold says.
