Healthcare Firm Buys Former LifePath HQ

BETHLEHEM, PA-Nephrology Ventures, an entity of a group of kidney specialist physicians, has acquired the 20,000-sf office building at 2014 City Line Ave. for $1.7 million, which translates to $85 per sf. The group, which provides vascular access care for patients with chronic kidney disease and cancer, will occupy all of the building as its Lehigh Valley headquarters.

The building previously served as headquarters for LifePath, a nonprofit that serves special needs children and adults and also has offices in Sellersville and Media. It occupied this building under a long-term lease, but recently relocated to a new 34,000-sf headquarters at 3500 High Point Blvd. in the Lehigh Valley Corporate Center.
