InterContinental Unveils $77M Crowne Plaza Plan

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO-This island nation will soon be home to the Caribbean’s second Crowne Plaza Hotel, with InterContinental Hotels Group planning to build a $77-million Crowne Plaza near the Hato Rey business district. The 364-room establishment will be owned by Plaza Internacional and managed by Plaza Internacional Hospitality Group under a license agreement with an IHG affiliate.
