NEW YORK CITY-Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC has brokered the purchase of an 80,000-sf industrial two-story building at 19-48 Hazen St. in the Jackson Heights section of Queens. The purchase price was $10.8 million.
The buyer, Safe Art Storage and Transport, will take immediate occupancy. Joseph Meyerson, managing director at Shalom & Zuckerbrot Realty tells GlobeSt.com that Safe Art chose the property due to its convenient location.
Franklin Zuckerbrot, president of S&Z, and Meyerson represented the buyer. Robert Klein of Kalmon Dolgin represented the seller. A spokesperson for S&Z tells GlobeSt.com that the seller does not wish to disclose any of its information, including its identity at this time.
