"We are delighted to welcome the highly recognized Haemonetics as our new tenant in this fine facility," says Campanelli Cos. director of leasing Peter Brown, whose firm is listing agent for 179 Campanelli Pkwy. AMB recently undertook a capital improvements campaign that included a roof replacement, relays Brown. "These enhancements made all the difference in building confidence in this property," says Brown, explaining the overhaul of the 23-year-old structure adheres to AMB's best practices standards. Nearly 20% of 179 Campanelli Pkwy. is office space. Ceiling heights extend to 22.5 feet, while the building also has five tailboard docks and modern fire safety protection systems.

Tenant broker Sean Teague of DTZ FHO Partners concurs that AMB's renovation provided an asset that met his client's goals for a quality building from which to operate its medical products distribution division. "We're pleased that we were able to match Haemonetics to this property," says Teague, adding that 179 Campanelli Pkwy. offers location advantages as well. The building is sandwiched between Routes 24 and 24, providing quick access to Routes 3 and 128 and Interstate 93. The 5.2-acre parcel can accommodate 103 vehicles.

The Stoughton transaction is the second substantial South Shore lease Teague has handled this year for Haemonetics, having helped the company extend its headquarters agreement by 16 years at 355 Wood Rd. in Braintree in August, a deal previously reported by GlobeSt.com. A maker of blood supply equipment, Haemonetics now occupies all 44,000 sf in the Wood Rd. building.
