ORLANDO-Margaritaville Enterprises LLC has signed a 10-year, 62,502-sf lease for warehouse space at 7272 Kingspointe Parkway within Crownpointe Industrial Park. The company will occupy space within a newly constructed 100,000-sf building.
The tenant was represented by Colliers Arnold. The landlord, Atlanta-based McDonald Crownpointe VI, was represented by locally based Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors principals Tom McFadden and William Bradford. McFadden and Bradford also represent the Crownpointe III, IV and V buildings within the same industrial park.
McFadden tells GlobeSt.com that Margaritaville Enterprises will occupy space within Crownpointe VI at the end of January. The company, which will use the space to serve Margaritaville restaurants and shops, selected the space because of its close proximity to an existing office at 6800 Lakewood Plaza.
"Sometime within the next year, the company plans to expand by 14,000 sf of office space in the location, which will serve as its corporate headquarters," McFadden adds.
In an unrelated transaction, Polo Florida LLC signed a 7,359-sf lease for space within Crownpointe III at 7414 Kingspointe Parkway. McFadden and Bradford represented the landlord, Capri. Other tenants that occupy space within Crownpointe III include Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Dynetech Corp. and Wilsonart International.
