The property, a 127,000-sf, four-story, class A office building, is owned by Hilton Realty Co LLC. As GlobeSt.com previously reported, Hilton Realty acquired the building from BPG Properties in November. Included in that deal were 301 Carnegie Center and 300 Carnegie Dr., an 8.2-acre development parcel that has been cleared for construction of an 84,000-sf office building.
301 Carnegie center was one of the first buildings in the Carnegie Center complex. It was renovated in 2007 and features a full-service café and fitness center and has easy access to Route 1.
Blank Rome was represented in the transaction by Robert Corr of Binswanger. Hilton Realty was represented in-house by Matt Malatich, Mark Hill and Jon Brush.
