The buyer is a New York City investment firm whose name was not disclosed. The building currently serves as the corporate headquarters of Jevic Transportation. Jevic recently signed a 20-year lease on the building.
First Industrial was represented by Joe Sklencar Sr., a SVP of Grubb & Ellis Co. and a member of the company's private capital investment group.
