51,000-SF Office Goes for Nearly $6M

DELANCO, NJ-An unnamed New York City investment firm buys the building at 700 Creek Rd. here from First Industrial Realty Trust for more than $100 per sf.

The buyer is a New York City investment firm whose name was not disclosed. The building currently serves as the corporate headquarters of Jevic Transportation. Jevic recently signed a 20-year lease on the building.

First Industrial was represented by Joe Sklencar Sr., a SVP of Grubb & Ellis Co. and a member of the company's private capital investment group.
