The newly constructed property, which sits on the old Paintworks site, was sold by J&W Paintworks LLC, which has built a number of drug stores in the Philadelphia area. J & W was represented by Brad Nathanson and Jordan Muchnick of the Nathanson Retail Group. The buyer was represented by Mark Thomson, an associate within the National Multi Family Group in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office.

CVS has signed a 25-year lease for the property. The building features decorative brick walls, industrial warehouse glass panes and specialty lighting, providing the town with the landmark it wanted.
