(DETROIT) The firm adds Yi Wang as director of financial analysis and Geaneen Arends as associate general counsel. Wang most recently worked as project manager and associate for China Cinda Asset Management Corp. Arends most recently was an attorney with Clark Hill plc. Starting as director of engineering is John Guardiola, who had been general engineering manager for Hines Development Corp. Also new to the firm is Joshua A. Lanesky, who starts as director of construction.
