WALL TWP, NJ-Dunmovin Partnership, represented by Colliers Houston & Co. of Somerset, sold its industrial building at 4168 Dunroamin Rd. The 33,000-sf property was listed at $2.7 million, which equals out to a final price of just under $82 per sf.

The property, a light industrial facility located on 4.5 acres, was sold to Garden State Marine Park. The facility is across the street from Monmouth Executive Airport and formerly housed the Monmouth County headquarters of UPS.

The building was constructed in 1970 and features nine loading docks. According to the Colliers Houston website, it typically rents for $10 per sf.

Dunmovin Partnership was represented by Doug Twyman, a SVP with Colliers Houston and Gary O'Sullivan, an associate with the same company.
