GTSI Inks 104,000-SF Lease

HERNDON, VA-GTSI will be one of the first tenants moving into Fifield Cos.'s two-building development when it is completed later this year.

HERNDON, VA-Fifield Cos. has signed on one of the first tenants to move into its 357,000-sf, two-building development in Dulles, which is expected to deliver this spring. GTSI Corp. is relocating its headquarters from Chantilly to 104,000 sf of space at 2553 Dulles View Dr. The building, called Dulles View, is an eight-story class A office complex with an glass atrium joining the two 178,000-sf buildings.

GTSI’s 700 employees will be moving into the building in December from its current site at 3901 Stonecroft Blvd., where GTSI’s lease is expiring. Cushman & Wakefield’s Kirk Boyd, Jude Collins and Bob Walker represented GTSI Corp..
