(LOS ANGELES) As part of a senior management restructuring, Gary Brennen and Cyrus Izzo become co-CEOs and co-COOs. John Magliano remains chairman of the company, with chief engineer G. Venkata Ramu taking on the vice chairman's duties. Brennen had been vice president and managing director of the Western region. Izzo was senior vice president and national critical facilities director, a position that he will continue to hold.

(NEW CASTLE, DE) The firm's new employees are Tara Grice, administrative assistant in property management; Maria Milyo, accountant; Kenneth M. Robertson, construction estimator; Anthony Tuskweth, construction project manager; and Nancy O'Malley, residential property manager. Grice previously was a residential property manager for DIS Management. Milyo most recently was head administrator for Zeccola Builders. Robertson had been purchasing manager for Wilkinson Builders and Tuskweth was director of construction for LCA Construction. O'Malley had been First Montgomery Group's resident manager and leasing director.
