The deal was arranged for the Millburn-based Murray by David Simson, president of GVA Williams NJ in Parsippany, assistant VP Jamie Drummond and associate Tom Rampone. Grubb & Ellis VP John Kuhn spoke for Hitachi. Terms were not disclosed; the space had been listed on Murray Construction's website with an asking price of $24 per sf plus tenant electric for a five-year term.
Located at 645 Martinsville Rd., the three-story building is in the I-78 submarket of Somerset County. Hitachi's corporate neighbors at the site include Enteris Inc., Affinity Agency Group and the law firm of Midlige & Richter.
