Kimia Shadrokh, associate director at Moinian Group, tells GlobeSt.com that Verizon came to the property in June 1994. Acquired by the Moinian Group in 1995, 90 John St. offers 24/7 access, onsite management, an in-house parking garage and access to all public transportation. Shadrokh says that 90 John St. is approximately 95% leased at this point.
"The upgrades to the building and the prebuilt program have made this building desirable for smaller tenants," Shadrokh says. "We have a diversified tenant roster." Other tenants in the 29-story property include Food Bank of New York, Merritt & Harris and Gold's Gym.
