NEW YORK CITY-ALM’s Real Estate Media division will launch of a series of new online sections and features on its GlobeSt.com website. The new offerings, providing expanded news, features and commentary on industry segments and key markets, will be rolled out weekly over the next three months, beginning with the launch of an integrated retail page .
GlobeSt.com will now aggregate all of REM’s digital presence at a single enhanced web destination, with integrated print content from all of the division’s magazines, including Real Estate Forum. Focused sections will be introduced for markets and segments including industrial, capital markets, technology, office, hotels, apartments, legal affairs, deal tracking, and green and sustainable building initiatives.
In addition to its recently launched New Jersey section, special geographic pages will be launched for New York, California and Florida. Each will provide a comprehensive online view of developments and economic forces impacting the state’s commercial real estate business sector.
