Five Sentry Parkway is a two-building office complex with an aggregate of approximately 130,000 sf. Merck & Co. Inc., the Whitehouse Station, NJ-based global pharmaceutical company, recently exited considerable space in the larger East building, which is historically well leased. The Selas agreement helps fill that gap. On condition of anonymity, a suburban office broker tells GlobeSt.com, the building is now approximately half full.

It was completed in 1983 and fully renovated in 2007. Jake Fruncillo, director of leasing for Mack-Cali, represented the owner in the transaction. Fruncillo tells GlobeSt.com the asking rent rate ranges from $21.50 per sf to $23.50 per sf.

Shelley Wolf-Harris of Wayne-based GVA Smith Mack & Co. represented Selas in the renewal and expansion. Selas is a subsidiary of Germany's Linde AG, a maker of combustion and emission control systems.
